Q: Will shipment fees be covered for my returns?
A: Returns resulting from other problems will be refunded after deducting the appropriate restocking fee. Please contact us for more details.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery - The restocking fee is 20% of the sale price, but it's a minimum of $100.
Usually the refund time is 1-2 weeks,In case of any quality problem, the return transportation fee is not charged
The items must be returned to their original condition without any sign of wear and tear.
For installment orders, the down payment is non-refundable.
